1. Who we are
Glotter Translate is a product of BIFF.ai (“BIFF”, “we,” “our,” “us”). This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your data when you use the Glotter Translate mobile application (“App”).

3. How we use your data
We process your data to:
- Provide core functionality (deliver translations, maintain real-time performance).
- Improve the App (debug, train and refine our AI models).
- Conduct research into language technology and user behavior.
- Send marketing communications about product updates, offers, and new BIFF.ai services
- Ensure security and prevent fraud.
4. Sharing & disclosure
We may share data with:
- Service providers that process data for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and customer support.
- Research partners who help us advance language AI, under strict confidentiality.
- Marketing partners who assist with campaign measurement and audience segmentation.
- Legal or safety authorities when required to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect users.
5. Your choices & rights
- Opt-out of marketing: Tap Settings → Notifications to disable marketing messages or follow the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Access / delete data: Email privacy@biff.ai and we’ll respond within 30 days.
- Do-not-track controls: Where supported, we honor OS-level privacy flags (e.g., iOS App Tracking Transparency).
6. Data retention
We keep usage analytics and translation content only as long as necessary for the purposes in Section 3. Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, strict access controls, and continuous monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100 % secure, but we follow industry best practices.
8. Children
Glotter Translate is not directed to children under 13. If we learn we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to this policy
We’ll post any changes in-app and update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance.
